Baylis Automotive (Smethwick) offers metal pressings and welded assembly solutions to both the automotive and non-automotive clients. The plant is Lloyds accredited to ISO9001, TS16949 and ISO14001. The client base is extensive and includes major OEM’s and 1st Tier companies across the globe. The company has ambitious plans for growth.

The Baylis plant, which is situated near Junction 1 of the M5 in Smethwick, West Midlands operates from 55,000 sqft of industrial units employing some 65 skilled and committed people.

We manufacture under very strict quality controls and can boast very low PPM levels within our sector
(overall current PPM ‘48’ – August 2011). Typically, we will ship over 1 million parts per month
ranging from small HVAC nozzles to large heavy duty side members for coolant systems.
